In this paper, we analyzed the application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of vertigo diagnosis by illuminating the expert systems for vertigo disease such as "Vertigo" and "ONE", and other methods, summarized the advantages and disadvantages of various artificial intelligence methods applied in vertigo disease, and prospected the development prospect of artificial intelligence technology in vertigo diagnosis system.
