    摘要:

    单细胞转录组测序是指对单个细胞的全部RNA进行逆转录、扩增和测序后再进行生物信息学分析的技术,近年来发展迅猛。该技术能在单细胞水平诠释细胞的异质性,已广泛应用于生命科学各领域尤其是肿瘤等疾病的研究。本文主要介绍单细胞转录组测序技术的流程和技术发展,同时分析总结其在肿瘤异质性、肿瘤转移、肿瘤微环境和抗肿瘤药物研发等方面的应用进展。

    Abstract:

    Single-cell transcriptome sequencing refers to the technology of reverse transcription, amplification, and sequencing of all RNA from a single cell, followed by bioinformatics, and it has developed rapidly. Due to its ability to interpret cell heterogeneity at the single cell level, single-cell transcriptome sequencing has been widely used in various fields of life science, especially in the research of diseases such as tumors. This article mainly introduces the process and development of single-cell transcriptome sequencing, and analyzes its application in oncology research such as tumor heterogeneity, tumor metastasis, tumor microenvironment, and anti-tumor drug development.
