    目的: 探讨不同严重程度的胰腺炎时血清总淀粉酶及淀粉酶同工酶活性变化的规律。方法: 建立急性水肿型及急性出血坏死型胰腺炎的动物模型, 观察淀粉酶及同工酶的变化。结果: 在急性水肿型胰腺炎组中, 血清胰淀粉酶的增高与胰腺炎严重程度呈正相关; 在坏死型胰腺炎组中, 随着胰腺坏死程度的加重, 血清总淀粉酶活性下降至正常对照组的1.5倍左右, 但血清胰淀粉酶活性仍在正常对照组的5倍以上。 结论: 急性水肿型胰腺炎时,血清总淀粉酶及胰淀粉酶活性可反映炎症水肿的程度; 坏死型胰腺炎时,测定血清胰淀粉酶较测定血清总淀粉酶活性更有效。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To observe the changes of serum amylase and isoamylases in acute pancreatitis with different severity. Methods: The mice models of acute edematous pancreatitis and acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis were developed and the activities of serum amylase and isoamylases were assayed. Results: The severity of pancreatic edema was significantly correlated with the activities of pancreatic isoamylase in mice with acute edematous pancreatitis. When the pancreatic injury became the serious, the total activity of amylase in the mice with hemorrhagic pancreatitis decreased but still remained 1.5 times as high as the level of the control, and the activities of AMYp were 5 times higher than that in the control. Conclusion: The activities of serum amylase and isoamylase reflect the severity of pancreatic edema in acute edematous pancreatitis. It might be more effective to determine the activity of AMYp than AMY in the patients with acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis.
