Objective： To prepare Gaoyuan skin care cream （O/W） for plateau environment. Methods: Gaoyuan skin care cream （O/W） was specially prepared with OP，silicon，Salol，VitE，TiO2, etc. Test of antiultraviolet were performed using photoxic reaction model of chloromazine. Results: Stabilization test demonstrated that the cream had an excellent physical and chemical stability. The effect of antiultraviolet of Gaoyuan skin care cream was higher than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The effect of antiultraviolet is excellent and it is a safe and effective cream.
