| 近年来，临床上对越来越多的早期肾癌病例采取腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗。与根治性肾切除术相比，腹腔镜肾部分切除术具有微创、安全、而生存率相当的特点。但其相应的基础和临床研究资料较为匮乏，仍沿用传统腹腔镜和开放手术的实验数据，缺少系统、全面的研究。本文针对一直以来令泌尿外科手术医生感到困惑的一些问题，根据现有的研究资料并结合作者所做工作进行分析，提出3个假说，并希望通过基础和临床的研究来加以证实或解答。 |

| Laparoscopic partial nephrectomy is gaining more and more popularity in treating patients with early renal carcinoma in recent years. Compared with radical nephrectomy, laparoscopic partial nephrectomy is a miniinvasive, safe method with satisfactory postoperative survival rate. However, there were still limited laboratory and clinical data about laparoscopic partial nephrectomy, and the experimental data of traditional laparoscopic surgery and open surgery were still used. Based on the existing data and the authors’ experience, this article proposes three hypotheses for the problems puzzling urologic surgeons; the authors hope to verify the hypotheses through basic or clinical research. |
