蜂斗菜的化学成分研究

摘要:
目的对中药蜂斗菜根茎的化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法用色谱法和波谱法对蜂斗菜根茎的化学成分进行分离鉴定。结果从中分离得到5个化合物:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、麦角甾醇(Ⅱ)、蜂斗菜内酯-B(Ⅲ)、蜂斗菜内酯-D(Ⅳ)、呋喃蜂斗菜醇(Ⅴ)。结论化合物(Ⅱ)为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Study on chemical constituents of Petasites japonicus

Abstract:
eTo isolate and identify the chemical constituents in the rhizome of the Petasites japonicus.MethodsDried rhizome of Petasites japonicus were subjected to extraction with EtOH,and the chemical constituents in the extract were isolated and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.ResultsFive compounds were obtained and identified from the rhizome of Petasites japonicus,inlcuding as β-sitoterol(Ⅰ) ,ergosterol (Ⅱ), bakkenolide-B (Ⅲ), bakkenolide-D (Ⅳ) and furanofukinol (Ⅴ).ConclusionCompound(Ⅱ) has been obtained from Petasites japonicus for the first time.
