胰高血糖素样肽-1缓解糖尿病周围神经病变的机制研究进展

摘要:
糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一。胰高血糖素样肽-1(glucagon-like peptides 1, GLP-1)在控制血糖、保护神经、改善微循环、抗氧化应激及调节脂质代谢等方面发挥重要作用,可能与糖尿病周围神经病变的发生、发展密切相关,是目前相关研究的热点。本文就GLP-1与糖尿病周围神经病变的相关性及其作用机制研究进展作一综述。

Glucagon-like peptide-1 alleviating peripheral neuropathy in diabetic patients: advance in mechanism

Abstract:
Peripheral neuropathy is a common complication of patients with diabetes mellitus.Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) is known to play important roles in glucose control, neural protection, improving microcirculation, anti-oxidation and lipid metabolism; it is thought to be closely related to the development and progression of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and it has become a focus of study in the area. This paper introduces the recent researches concerning the association of GLP-1 with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and the related mechanism.
