Smurf1调节因子在骨形态发生蛋白诱导骨生成中的作用

摘要:
骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)是明确具有诱导成骨作用的生长因子。其通过结合靶细胞表面受体,活化细胞内一系列Smad蛋白,经Smad蛋白介导,将信号转导至细胞核内,在一系列辅助因子的作用下,启动成骨基因的表达。细胞内源性Smurf1对这一整个过程起抑制作用。本文就Smurf1调节因子在骨形态发生蛋白诱导骨生成中的作用做一综述。

Role of Smurf1 in bone morphogenetic protein-induced osteogenesis

Abstract:
Bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) is the most undoubted growth factors in the induction of Osteogenesis. They firstly combine to the cell surface receptors of target cells, and then activate a series of intracellular Smad proteins. Mediated by Smad proteins, the signals are conducted into the nucleus and then start the osteogenic gene expression under a series of cofactors. The endogenous Smurf1 plays an inhibitory effect on this whole process. In this paper, based on the latest developments at home and abroad, we reviewed the effect of Smurf1 in the bone morphogenetic protein-induced bone formation.
