大肠癌早期肝转移的血清特征蛋白及组织表达特异基因筛查

摘要:
目的应用表面增强激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)技术及RT2 ProfilerTM PCR Array Human Tumor Metastasis(PAHS-028A)芯片筛查早期肝转移患者血清特异性蛋白及相关肿瘤基因,为大肠癌肝转移的早期诊断提供理论依据。方法应用弱阳离子蛋白质芯片(WCX2)及SELDI-TOF-MS技术检测20例大肠癌和20例大肠癌早期肝转移患者血清中蛋白的相对含量。PCR基因芯片技术对原发灶和肝转移灶组织进行差异基因筛选。结果应用SELDI-TOF-MS的3组
