| 目的研究丹参酮ⅡA(TanshinoneⅡA,TanⅡA)对人鼻咽癌CNE1细胞诱导凋亡及肿瘤相关基因Bcl-2和COX-2启动子表达的影响。方法不同浓度的TanⅡA体外干预CNE1细胞,用MTT比色法检测TanⅡA对CNE1细胞增殖的抑制作用,流式细胞术检测CNE1细胞凋亡、细胞周期及抗凋亡基因Bcl-2的表达,双荧光素酶法检测CNE1细胞COX-2启动子的活性。结果经TanⅡA干预后,CNE1细胞生长出现抑制,抑制率与TanⅡA浓度及作用时间呈依赖效应,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；TanⅡA组细 |
