子宫腺肌病组织中MCP-1含量变化及意义

摘要:
目的 探讨单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(monocyte chemoattractant protein-1,MCP-1)在子宫腺肌病发病中的作用。方法 采用免疫组化法和实时荧光定量PCR法检测36例子宫腺肌病患者在位内膜、异位病灶组织中的MCP-1含量,并与相应对照组进行比较。结果 腺肌病患者在位内膜和异位病灶组织MCP-1含量均高于相应正常对照组(P<0.05);异位病灶组织中MCP-1含量高于在位内膜(P<0.05),且两者具有相关性(r=0.87,P<0.01)。结论 MCP-1可能参与了子宫腺肌病的发病过程,但具体分子机制尚需进一步研究。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the role of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) in the pathogenesis of adenomyosis. Methods MCP-1 was examined by immunohistochemistry method and real-time PCR in the eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium of 36 patients with adenomyosis, and the results were compared with those of controls. Results MCP-1 contents in the eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium of patients with adenomyosis were significantly higher than those of normal controls(P<0.05). The contents in ectopic endometrium tissue was significantly higher than that in eutopic endometrium tissue (P<0.05), and the contents in the two tissues were significantly correlated with each other (r=0.87, P<0.01) .Conclusion MCP-1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of adenomyosis, but the specific molecular mechanisms need further study.
