[Abstract] Objective To summarize our experience and operative techniques of transumbilical laparo-endoscopic single site for hydrotubation. Methods Operation was performed on two patients in July and August of 2012．Results The operation was successfully done．The operation time was 55 and 40 min each and the intraoperative blood losses were 100 ml and 50 m1. None of the patients received blood transfusion or antalgic. The drainage was removed 1 days after operation and the postoperative hospital stays were 3 days. Conclusion LESS for infertility is a safe and effective method with less trauma. However, special trainings are needed for the procedure．
