| [摘要] 目 的 尝试经脐单孔多通道腹腔镜对不孕症患者进行输卵管通液检查，总结应用体会和手术难点。方 法 2012年7月、8月对2例不孕症患者施行单孔多通道腹腔镜输卵管通液治疗，总结手术经验和难点。结 果 2例手术均顺利完成，手术时间分别为55、40 min，出血量分别为100、50 ml，术中术后均未输血，未使用镇痛剂，分别于术后1d拔除引流管，术后住院天数为3 d。结 论 单孔多通道腹腔镜下输卵管手术可行、手术安全，且瘢痕小而隐蔽，美容效果好；但操作难度增加，需要一定的培训。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To summarize our experience and operative techniques of transumbilical laparo-endoscopic single site for hydrotubation. Methods Operation was performed on two patients in July and August of 2012．Results The operation was successfully done．The operation time was 55 and 40 min each and the intraoperative blood losses were 100 ml and 50 m1. None of the patients received blood transfusion or antalgic. The drainage was removed 1 days after operation and the postoperative hospital stays were 3 days. Conclusion LESS for infertility is a safe and effective method with less trauma. However, special trainings are needed for the procedure． |
