右房室瓣生物瓣置换后早期失功能1例报告及文献复习

摘要:
三尖瓣生物瓣置换例数较少,其耐久性和失功能原因尚不明确。本研究报道了一例三尖瓣生物瓣置换术后三年因自身三尖瓣瓣叶与生物瓣粘连导致瓣膜早期失功能的罕见病例。通过文献回顾发现,三尖瓣生物瓣耐久性满意,早期失功能与左心系统不同,主要与血管翳增生、自身瓣膜粘连及血栓形成有关。

Valve disfunction early after tricuspid bioprosthetic valve replacement:a case report and literature review

Abstract:
The long-term outcome and causes of valve disfunction after tricuspid bioprosthetic valve replacement is unclear because this procedure is rare. We reported a rare case who received reoperation three years after tricuspid bioprosthetic valve replacement because of early valve disfunction due to native valve attachment. Literature review revealed an excellent long-term outcome and demonstrated that pannus formation, native valve attachment and valve thrombosis were the main causes of early valve disfunction after tricuspid bioprosthetic valve replacement.
