| 一名42岁藏族男性患者因心功能不全及持续性室性心动过速入院,经电复律成功后心电图为窦性心律,呈典型Brugada I型改变(V1-3导联)。此后其心功能及继发的肝肾功能逐步缓解后出院并于1月后随诊无特殊不适主诉,复查心电图保持Brugada I型改变,胸片示心脏较前明显缩小。该病例为国内首次报道藏族brugada综合征(Brugada syndrome,Brs)患者。 |

| A tibetan in-patient aged 43y suffered from ventricular tachycardia and heart failure was cheated with electrical cardioversion,and whose electrocardiogram (ECG)displayed typical type I Brugada wave from lead V1 to V3.Then his heart failure、secondary renal and hepatic inadequacy returened to normal gradually.Followed up one month after discharge,the patient had no complain,and there were type I Brugada wave in ECG as before and heart shadow shrunk in x-ray chest film.It is the first case report about the Brugada syndrome(Brs)in the tibetan. |
