| 颅脑损伤患者的凝血功能异常较为常见,与正常凝血-抗凝-纤溶系统失衡有关,但具体发病机制较复杂,并不明确。近年来,国内外大量研究证实颅脑损伤后凝血功能异常与颅脑损伤患者预后关系密切。大多数前瞻性研究也发现凝血、抗凝、纤溶系统指标异常提示患者预后不良,但相关结论仍有争议。因此,本文就相关研究进展作一综述,为后续研究奠定基础。 |

| Coagulopathy is common in patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI). It is associated with the dysfunction of the normal clotting-anticoagulant-fibrinolytic system, with unknown pathogenesis. Recently a large number of studies have confirmed that the prognosis of TBI patients is closely related to coagulopathy of these patients at admission. Most prospective studies have also found that several coagulation abnormalities indicate poor prognosis. However, whether there is a cause and effect relationship between coagulopathy and prognosis of TBI patients, whether correcting abnormal coagulation parameters can improve the prognosis, all remain to be illuminated. Here we reviewed the related issue and hope to lay a foundation for future researches. |
