基质交感分子1在消化系统疾病中的研究进展

摘要:
基质交感分子1是新近发现的位于内质网膜上的Ca2+感受器,是一种与细胞Ca2+内流有关的跨膜蛋白。它作为钙库操纵性Ca2+内流过程中的重要调控蛋白,在非兴奋细胞Ca2+稳态平衡中起关键作用。目前已有国内外研究证实基质交感分子1在肿瘤、炎症、免疫等疾病的发生、发展中具有重要作用。本文就基质交感分子1在消化系统疾病中的最新进展进行总结,简述其潜在的基础研究与临床价值。

Abstract:
Stromal interaction molecule 1 (STIM1) is a recently discovered Ca2+ receptor located on the membrane of endoplasmic reticulum, and it is a transmembrane protein related to cellular Ca2+ influx. As an important regulatory protein in the process of store-operated Ca2+ entry, STIM1 plays an essential role in Ca2+ homeostasis of non-excited cell. To date, domestic and foreign studies have confirmed that STIM1 plays an important role in the development and progression of various diseases such as tumor, inflammation and immunity. This article summarizes the latest research progress of STIM1 in digestive diseases, and briefly describes its potential basic research and clinical value.
