| 血管内治疗是急性大血管闭塞性缺血性脑卒中的标准治疗方法之一，然而即使血管成功再通，仍有一部分患者预后不良。治疗性低温是目前极具研究价值的神经保护方法，其有显著改善患者预后的潜力，但疗效尚不确切。本文就治疗性低温用于急性缺血性脑卒中的研究进展进行综述。 |

| Abstract: |
| Endovascular treatment is one of the standard treatments for acute large vessel occlusive ischemic stroke. However, a considerable number of patients still have poor outcomes, even if they achieved successful reperfusion. Therapeutic hypothermia is an attractive neuroprotective method and has a potential to significantly improve patient prognosis, despite its uncertain efcacy. This review sums up the research progress of therapeutic hypothermia in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. |
