中性粘多糖对沙土鼠脑缺血再灌注红细胞膜的保护作用

摘要:
目的:探讨中性粘多糖(NM)对沙土鼠缺血再灌注后红细胞膜的保护作用。方法:采用沙土鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,观察NM对红细胞免疫粘附功能的影响,检测红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(RBC-SOD)和脂质过氧化物代谢产物丙二醛(RBC-MDA)的含量,同时与淀粉对照组进行比较。结果:NM可使沙土鼠再灌注时RBC免疫粘附功能得到恢复;RBC-SOD的含量轻度提高;RBC-MDA含量明显降低。结论:NM通过抗氧化作用对RBC免疫粘附功能有调节作用,从而对沙土鼠缺血再灌注脑组织损伤时红细胞膜起到保护作用。

Abstract:
Objective: To study the protective effect of neutral mucopolysaccharide (NM) on RBC membrane during ischemia reperfusion brain damage in gerbil. Methods: The functional changes of red blood cell immune adherence (RCIA) and the content of red blood cell superoxidate dismustase (RBC-SOD), red blood cell malonialdehyde (RBC-MDA) were observed by means of cerebral ischemia reperfusion in gerbil. Results: NM recovered the function of RCIA; increased RBC-SOD; decreased RBC-MDA. Conclusion: NM regulates the function of RCIA by antioxygenic effection, and has the protective effect on RBC membrane during ischemia reperfusion brain damage.
