高原护肤霜的制备及抗紫外线作用研究

摘要:
目的:制备适合高原地区使用的防晒、防裂护肤霜。方法:选用疏水性强、润滑涂展性好、能抗高寒气流的聚甲基硅氧烷为主要基质,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP)为主要乳化剂,附加其他多种防晒护肤成分制得O/W型高原护肤霜。抗紫外线实验采用氯丙嗪在光照下发生光毒反应模型,从光毒反应的减轻程度反映霜剂抗紫外线作用的强弱。结果:动物实验表明,高原护肤霜具有显著的抗紫外线效果,优于擦脸油产品,且对皮肤、角膜等均无刺激性和过敏反应发生。结论:高原护肤霜具有可靠的防晒作用,建议作为一种特殊防护用品装备部队使用。

Abstract:
Objective: To prepare Gaoyuan skin care cream (O/W) for plateau environment. Methods: Gaoyuan skin care cream (O/W) was specially prepared with OP,silicon,Salol,VitE,TiO2, etc. Test of antiultraviolet were performed using photoxic reaction model of chloromazine. Results: Stabilization test demonstrated that the cream had an excellent physical and chemical stability. The effect of antiultraviolet of Gaoyuan skin care cream was higher than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The effect of antiultraviolet is excellent and it is a safe and effective cream.
