    Abstract:

    Abstact Objectives To explore the effects of the primary affection and relative risks on occurance and developing of contrast material nephropathy. Methods Retrospective analysis have been taken on 386 patients who were given with angiography before. Results Acute renal injuries have been observed in 22 patients among 386 cases. The incidence was 5.7%. Also we can find that the incidence was the highest in diabetes patients with about 17%. Conclusion Acute renal injuries induced by contrast medium mainly lie on whether the risks exist or not, which should be thought much.
