    Abstract:

Liver cirrhosis patients often need emergent platelet transfusions to control hemorrhage due to coagulation factor dysfunction, thrombocytopenia or insufficiency, bleeding and other reasons. However, the indications of platelet transfusion should be strictly considered. Here we summarized the dos and don’ts of platelet transfusion in liver cirrhosis patients, hoping to provide a reference for correct platelet transfusion in liver cirrhosis patients.
