    Abstract:

ABSTRACT Objective Aim to investigate the impact of cerebrovascular smooth muscles proliferation to utilize PDTC inhibit the expression of NF-κB rabbit model after subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)in the basilar artery. Methods Sixteen New Zealand male rabbits were randomly divided into two group,PDTC group and SAH groups eight each other。And using double injections of fresh autologous arterial blood into the cisterna magna to establish animal models of cerebral vasospasm.Injected PDTC to cisterna magna of SAH group each day as PDTC group. After injection 7th day,the expression of NF-КB of basilar artery in rabbits were determined by immunohistochemistry and Western blot;morphological changes of rabbit basilar artery was also observered . Results.Compared with SAH group, applied the PDTC intervention, the expression of NF-κB p65and PCNA protein decreased, and smooth muscles thickness became thinner, compared with SAH group has significant differences (p<0.05). Condusion PDTC can reduce the proliferation of smooth muscle through the inhibition of the activition of NF-κB p65 after SAH.
