Objective: To research and analyze the current situation of evaluation for Peacekeeping Medical Team Pre-deployment Training and put forwards relative suggestion. Methods: the ways of reading literature、symposium、questionnaire and on-site survey, and Kirkpatrick Mode was used as a guide to analyze. Contents: according to satisfaction degree from the reflection of investigation with each layer, to analyse and discuss the assessment with the real work. Result: the assessment is not standard, the affection is not reflected brightly. Suggestion: to build up an assessment index system and make it standardization.
