Objective: To research and analyze organization and management on pre-deployment training of our peacekeeping medical units, and put forward suggestion for further improving. Methods: Literature reference and seminars, questionnaire. Research contains five parts: management system, training period, hardware construction and training regulation. Results: Our peacekeeping medical units on pre-deployment training organization and management system is not clear, do not have a unified training time, training condition is relatively insufficient, lack the necessary hardware facilities, standardization needs to be strengthened. suggestion: a scientific and rational organization and management system should be specialized. Build up an unified military peacekeeping medical training base.
