    Abstract:

    A tibetan in-patient aged 43y suffered from ventricular tachycardia and heart failure was cheated with electrical cardioversion,and whose electrocardiogram (ECG)displayed typical type I Brugada wave from lead V1 to V3.Then his heart failure、secondary renal and hepatic inadequacy returened to normal gradually.Followed up one month after discharge,the patient had no complain,and there were type I Brugada wave in ECG as before and heart shadow shrunk in x-ray chest film.It is the first case report about the Brugada syndrome(Brs)in the tibetan.
