    Abstract:

Objective: To obtain the homozygote of HBV transgenic mice with unique integrated site by genetic breeding. Methods: The positive transgenic mice were mated with the normal mice of the same line. And the target gene integration ratio were tested by PCR, Dot-blotting and Southern-blotting, and when the integration ratio was almost 50%, the positive mice were mated with inbreeding. Results: The 7 generations of HBV transgenic mice were obtained, and the homozygote of HBV transgenic mouse was obtained. Conclusion: The HBV DNA can be transmitted in the transgenic mice stably, and the homozygote of HBV transgenic mouse was obtained.
