    Abstract:

    Objective: To explore X-knife stereotactic radiosurgery of intracranial lesions. Methods: We had treated 226 patients of intracranial lesions using X-knife radiosurgery. Results: Two hundred and twenty-six patients with intracranial lesion were followed up by neurological images between 1 month and 3 years. Intracranial lesions disappeared in 38 cases (28.4%),shrinked in 45 (33.6%), and unchanged in 35 (26.1%), grew in 11 (11.9%). Conclusion: X-knife has different treatment result for intracranial lesions, brain metastasis is good using X-knife radiosurgery.
