Abstract:The rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI) provides new technical support for the precision and personalized of gynecological surgery. This paper systematically reviews the application of AI in the whole process of gynecological surgery, including preoperative planning and simulation based on image and clinical data, real-time intraoperative navigation and robot-assisted decision making, postoperative complication prediction and prognosis assessment, and virtual surgical training. Studies have shown that AI significantly improves surgical accuracy and patient safety, but still faces challenges such as data privacy, algorithm generalization, and insufficient clinical validation. In the future, it is necessary to promote the deep integration of AI, robotics and biosensing through multidisciplinary collaboration to further improve the intelligent development of gynecological surgery.
