    脂质代谢重编程是指肿瘤细胞通过调节代谢途径和基因表达适应能量供应和需求的变化,特别是在脂质合成、摄取和储存方面的调整。这种重编程通常涉及一系列复杂的分子机制,包括转录因子的活动、信号通路的激活以及代谢酶的表达变化。肾透明细胞癌(ccRCC)是原发性肾细胞癌中最常见的亚型,癌细胞内脂质积累是其重要组织学特征。这种脂质异常堆积的现象与ccRCC癌内脂质代谢重编程机制关系密切,有利于满足ccRCC发生及发展的能量需求,提供氧化应激保护、调节免疫细胞功能以躲避免疫系统攻击,但其具体作用和相关机制尚不清楚。本文综述了ccRCC发生和发展中脂质代谢重编程的研究进展,为研究者提供新视角。

    Abstract:

    Lipid metabolic reprogramming refers to the adjustments that tumor cells make to their metabolic pathways and gene expression to accommodate changes in energy supply and demand, particularly in the aspects of lipid synthesis, uptake and storage. This reprogramming typically involves a series of complex molecular mechanisms, including the activity of transcription factors, the activation of signaling pathways, and changes in the expression of metabolic enzymes. Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is the most common subtype of primary renal cell carcinoma, and lipid accumulation within cancer cells is an important histological feature. This phenomenon is closely related to the lipid metabolism reprogramming within ccRCC, which is conducive to meeting the energy demand of ccRCC development, providing oxidative stress protection, and regulating the function of immune cells to avoid immune system attack, but its specific roles and related mechanisms remain poorly understood. This paper reviews the research progress of lipid metabolic reprogramming in ccRCC, aiming to provide new insights for researchers.
