    热习服是人体长期暴露于高温环境下的生理适应性反应,涉及中枢神经系统、心血管系统等多个系统的调控过程。热习服机制研究涵盖了系统、细胞、分子多个层面,热敏神经元活性和电生理变化与热习服形成密切关系。热习服形成存在环境效应和时间效应,并与训练模式密切相关。不同训练方法适用于不同人群,需综合生理、生物化学和代谢标志物开展热习服评价。本文综述了热习服在生理效应及机制、生物标志物和训练方法等方面的研究进展,并展望了未来热习服理论研究和训练实践的主要发展趋势。

    Abstract:

    Heat acclimatization is a physiological adaptive response in the human body exposed to high temperature environments over a long-term. It involves the regulation of the central nervous system, cardiovascular system, and other systems. Research on heat acclimatization mechanisms covers multiple aspects, including systemic, cellular, and molecular levels. The activity and electrophysiological changes of warm sensitive neurons are closely related to the formation of heat acclimatization. Heat acclimatization exhibits environmental and temporal effects and is closely related to training modalities. Different training methods are suitable for different populations, and evaluation of heat acclimatization requires integration of physiological, biochemical, and metabolic markers. This article reviews the research progress on physiological changes and mechanisms, biomarkers, and training methods of heat acclimatization, and prospects future trends in theoretical research and training practice of heat acclimatization.
