摘要:
过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor,PPAR)属于核受体超家族成员,可分为三种亚型(PPARα、PPARβ/δ、PPARγ),PPARγ在脂肪形成、脂质代谢、胰岛素敏感性、炎症反应、动脉粥样硬化、血压调节等方面发挥重要作用,本文将就其与糖尿病肾病的关系作一综述。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR), a member of nuclear hormone receptor superfamily, has 3 subtypes, namely, PPARα, PPARβ/δ, and PPARγ; among them PPARγ plays an important role in adipogenesis, lipid metabolism, insulin sensitivity, inflammation, atherosclerosis, and blood pressure controlling.
