COX-2、u-PA和TSP-1在胃癌及周围淋巴结中的表达及意义 |

摘要: |
目的:研究COX2、uPA和TSP1在胃癌及周围淋巴结中的表达状况,探讨它们在胃癌浸润和淋巴结转移中的作用和意义。方法:用组织芯片技术和免疫组化法检测COX2、uPA和TSP1的表达。结果:COX2、uPA和TSP1在胃癌组阳性表达率分别为67.7%、78.1%和78.6%,均显著高于对照组(40.0%、6.7%和40.0%,P<0.05)。COX2表达与浸润深度有关(P<0.05)。uPA表达与浸润深度和淋巴结转移均有关(P<0.05)。TSP1表达与浸润深度和淋巴结转移均无关(P>0.05)。COX2、uPA和TSP1在转移淋巴结和对应癌组织间的表达差异无显著性(P>0.05)。COX2和uPA、TSP1的表达呈正相关,uPA和TSP1的表达无相关关系。结论:胃癌中COX2、uPA和TSP1高表达; COX2表达与胃癌的浸润深度有关,uPA表达与浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关。 |

Abstract: |
Objective:To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase2 (COX2),urokinase plasminogen activator(uPA),and thrombospondin1 (TSP1) in gastric carcinoma and the surrounding lymph nodes,so as to discuss their roles in the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.Methods:The expression of COX2,uPA,and TSP1 in the samples was examined by tissue microarray and SP immunohistochemistry staining.Results:The positive rates of COX2,uPA,and TSP1 in gastric carcinoma were 67.7%,78.1%,and 78.6%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the surrounding lymph nodes(40.0%,6.7%, and 40.0%,respectively,P<0.05).The expression of COX2 was significantly correlated with the depth of invasion (P<0.05).The expression of uPA was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion (P<0.05).The expression of TSP1 was neither correlated with lymph node metastasis nor depth of invasion (P>0.05).COX2,uPA,and TSP1 expression was not significantly different between metastatic lymph nodes and corresponding gastric carcinoma.COX2 expression was positively correlated with uPA,and TSP1 expression.TSP1 expression was not correlated with uPA expression.Conclusion:COX2,uPA,and TSP1 are highly expressed in the gastric carcinoma.COX2 expression is correlated with depth of invasion.UPA expression is significantly related with depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis. |
