大量基础研究表明,哺乳动物中枢神经系统(CNS)损伤后神经再生受限的主要原因是轴突生长抑制因子的存在。研究者试图通过不同的方法来中和或破坏髓鞘,清除髓鞘相关抑制分子,从而达到促进脊髓损伤后轴突再生和神经功能恢复的目的。目前,与Nogo蛋白相关的药物和基因治疗已成为CNS损伤后促进轴突再生新的有效手段,现对其研究进展作一综述。 |

Abstract: |
mple evidences have showed that the failure of early regeneration of the central nervous system(CNS) in adult mammals is mainly due to the growth inhibitory factor. Efforts have been made to promote neuron regeneration and neurological function recovery by damaging myelin and removing myelin-associated inhibitors. At present, the Nogo protein associated drugs and gene therapy have become a novel effective way to promote axon regeneration after CNS injury; here we reviews the recent progress on the related issues. |
