人源幼虫巨大致死性基因Hugl-1在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘要:
目的 探讨人源幼虫巨大致死性基因Hugl-1在卵巢癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 利用实时荧光定量RT-PCR和原位杂交技术检测31例卵巢癌组织及其相应的癌旁组织中Hugl-1 mRNA的表达量,并结合卵巢癌的临床病理特点进行分析。结果 Hugl-1 mRNA在卵巢癌组织中的表达量高于癌旁卵巢组织\[(0.051±0.029 ) vs (0.026±0.043),P<0.01\]。Hugl-1 mRNA的表达量与卵巢癌患者的年龄、血清CA125、肿瘤病理特征及临床分期无关。结论 Hugl-1在卵巢癌的发生发展中起着一定作用。

Abstract:
Objective To study the expression of human giant larvae-1 (Hugl-1) in ovarian carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Hugl-1 mRNA expression in 31 ovarian cancer and the corresponding adjacent tissues was examined by real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR and in situ hybridization. Moreover, analysis was done while taking into consideration of the clinicopathologic parameters of ovarian cancer. Results The expression of Hugl-1 mRNA in ovarian cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in the corresponding adjacent tissues (\[0.051±0.029\] vs \[0.026±0.043\],P<0.01); and the expression was not related to patient age, serum CA125 status, pathological characteristics or clinical stages of tumors. Conclusion Hugl-1 may play a role in the development and progresssion of ovarian cancer.
