长链非编码RNA的研究进展

摘要:
长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是一类转录本长度超过200 nt(核苷酸单位)的功能性RNA分子,可在表观遗传水平、转录水平和转录后水平调控基因的表达,广泛参与机体的生理和病理过程。目前发现的参与哺乳动物基因活动的lncRNA已有上千个,但有关lncRNA的功能机制及其与疾病的关系尚不完全明了。本文就lncRNA的功能研究进展及lncRNA在临床疾病发生发展中的作用作一综述。

Abstract:
Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is considered to be longer than 200 nucleotides with little or no protein-coding capacity. LncRNAs regulate gene expression at Epigenetic level, transcription as well as post-transcription level, and they are involved in various physiological and pathological processes in organisms. However, very few lncRNAs has been demonstrated. Furthermore, the functions and mechanism of lncRNA are still unclear. In this review, we mainly discussed the recent study progress of LncRNA and its roles in clinical diseases.
