| 目的探讨膀胱软镜镜检术中实时观看操作视频对男性患者术中疼痛的影响。方法110例符合纳入标准的男性患者在我院接受诊断性或监测性膀胱软镜镜检并随机分为两组：A组患者镜检过程中实时观看膀胱软镜镜检视频,B组患者镜检过程中不观看镜检视频,每组55例患者,均由同一医生进行操作。两组患者在接受膀胱软镜镜检前及实时观看操作视频的过程中都伴有医生解说。镜检术后立即将患者术中痛感记录在视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)量表上(0~10分),同时记录呼吸频率及脉率。结果A组男性患者的疼痛评分较B组降低,差异有统计学意义(1.29±1.20 vs 3.36±2.46,P<0.001)。两组患者术后呼吸频率、脉率差异无统计学意义。结论膀胱软镜镜检术中实时观看操作视频并接受医生讲解可降低男性患者痛感。 |

| OBJECTIVE
To investigate the difference in pain score of patients allowed to view their flexible cystoscopy procedure compared with those who have not viewed the procedure on the video monitor.
PATIENTS AND METHODS
A total of 110 male patients undergoing diagnostic and review flexile cystoscopy by a single urologist were randomized to 2 equal groups. Group 1 included 55 patients who were allowed to view the procedure on a video monitor. Group 2 included 55 patients who were unable to view the video monitor. All procedures were accompanied by the same real-time explanation. Patients’ pain feeling were recorded on an VAS (visual analog pain scale) ranging from 0 to 10 after flexible cystoscopy. The pulse and respiratory rate were also recorded.
RESULTS
The postprocedure pulse rate and respiratory rate were not statistically significantly different between groups. Male patients who watched the flexible cystoscopy procedure with simultaneous explanations got lower VAS score (p<0.001).
CONCLUSION
Male patients who watched the flexible cystoscopy procedure with simultaneous explanations experienced less discomfort during procedure. |
