目的探讨生脉注射液对冠心病合并心力衰竭患者的辅助治疗效果。方法选取我院2009年至2011年收治的冠心病合并心力衰竭患者56例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组28例,对照组为基础治疗;观察组为基础治疗+生脉注射液(40 ml,加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml,每日1次,疗程7 d)。采用超声心动图检测患者治疗前及治疗后心功能指标变化。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后对照组的左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末直径(LVESD)、左室舒张末直径(LVEDD)、每搏输出量(SV)和左室短轴缩短率(FS)均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的心功能指标改善更明显,与治疗前及对照组治疗后相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);观察组治疗的总有效率为82.1%,较对照组(75.0%)有所提高(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论生脉注射液可改善心脏收缩功能,疗效肯定。 |

ObjectiveTo explore the treatment effect of Shengmai injection on patients with chronic heart failure combined with coronary heart disease. MethodsFrom 2009 to 2011, 56 patients with coronary heart disease combined with chronic heart failure were equally divided into two groups randomly. Patients in the control group received conventional treatment and the observation group was also given Shengmai injection (40 ml Shengmai injection in 250 ml glucose, once daily for 7 days). The following parameters were examined and compared before and one week after treatment: left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD),stroke volume (SV) and left ventricular fractional shortening (FS). ResultsAll the above five parameters were significantly improved after treatment in both groups (P<0.05), and the improvement in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group (P<0.01). The total effective rate in the observation group was 82.1%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (75.0%, P<0.05). No obvious adverse reaction was noticed in the two groups. ConclusionShengmai injection can definitely improve the systolic function of heart in patients with heart failure. |
