| 肝硬化患者由于凝血因子功能障碍、血小板减少或功能低下、出血等原因常需及时输注血小板,以防治出血,但应严格把握血小板输注的指征,谨慎使用。本文总结了肝硬化患者应用血小板治疗的注意事项,为临床上针对肝硬化患者正确应用血小板输注提供参考。 |

| Liver cirrhosis patients often need emergent platelet transfusions to control hemorrhage due to coagulation factor dysfunction, thrombocytopenia or insufficiency, bleeding and other reasons. However, the indications of platelet transfusion should be strictly considered. Here we summarized the dos and don’ts of platelet transfusion in liver cirrhosis patients, hoping to provide a reference for correct platelet transfusion in liver cirrhosis patients. |
