MicroRNAs与信号转导及转录激活因子

摘要:
MicroRNAs(miRNAs)作为重要的基因表达调节子,参与肿瘤和自身免疫性疾病等多种病理机制。信号转导及转录激活因子(STAT)是众多细胞因子和生长因子的主要信号蛋白,在调控细胞功能、细胞分化以及维持免疫细胞稳态中起着重要作用。本文综述了近年来miRNAs与STATs相互作用的研究进展,聚焦于两者在免疫细胞与肿瘤的促进与抑制过程中的相互作用。MiRNA与STAT之间的相互作用仍是一个新兴的领域,需要更深入的研究去阐明两者间的机制。

Abstract:
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are important gene expression regulators and are involved in a variety of pathogeneses such as cancers and autoimmune diseases. Signal transducers and activators of transcription (STAT), the principle signaling proteins of many cytokines and growth factors, play significant roles in regulating immune cell homeostasis, cell differentiation and cell functions. In this review we discussed the recent advances in interactions between STATs and miRs, with focus on their interaction during the promotion and inhibition of immue cells and tumor cells. MiR-STAT interaction is still a new area of study, and more effort is needed to elucidate miR-STAT mechanisms.
