| 目的：调查分析我军维和医疗分队部署前培训考核评估现状并提出改进建议。方法：通过文献调研、召开座谈会、现场察看、问卷调查等调查形式收集资料,进行以柯氏培训评估模式为指导的分析。内容：依据各层次满意度调查的反馈,结合实际评估工作开展,解析考核评估现状。结果：评估考核没有实现标准化,培训评估效益体现不明显。建议：构建考核评估指标体系,使考核评估标准化。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To research and analyze the current situation of evaluation for Peacekeeping Medical Team Pre-deployment Training and put forwards relative suggestion. Methods: the ways of reading literature、symposium、questionnaire and on-site survey, and Kirkpatrick Mode was used as a guide to analyze. Contents: according to satisfaction degree from the reflection of investigation with each layer, to analyse and discuss the assessment with the real work. Result: the assessment is not standard, the affection is not reflected brightly. Suggestion: to build up an assessment index system and make it standardization. |
