丹红对高脂喂养自发性高血压大鼠代谢及血管功能的影响

摘要:
目的:本试验主要研究使用丹红注射液对高脂饲养自发性高血压大鼠的影响,观察代谢、血压及血管舒张功能指标。方法: 1、6周龄的自发性高血压大鼠24只,分为普通饮食组(Control)(8只)、高脂饲料组(High Fat)(8只)、丹红 高脂饲料组(DanHong High Fat)(8只),所有大鼠均进行为期1周的适应性喂养,然后开始干预,共进行12周;2、每2周测量1次体重和鼠尾血压;3、12周后处死大鼠并通过颈动脉采集血浆,测量血糖和血脂,取胸主动脉观察动脉的舒张功能。结果:1、丹红可以阻止高脂饲料导致的自发性高血压大鼠的体重、血糖、血脂的增加,P<0.05或P<0.01。2、丹红可以改善高脂饲料喂养的自发性高血压大鼠的主动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能,P<0.05。3、丹红可以降低高脂饲料喂养的自发性高血压大鼠的鼠尾收缩压,P<0.05。结论:丹红可以改善高脂饲料喂养自发性高血压大鼠的代谢紊乱,改善主动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能和降低血压。

Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of DanHong on Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats (SHR) fed by high-fat diet. Methods: 1.Six weeks old SHR were divided into three groups: normal diet group, high fat diet group, DanHong and high fat diet group. Each group had eight SHR. Twenty-four SHR had been treated for 12 weeks. 2.The tail blood pressure and the body weight were detected every two weeks. 3. At the end of the study, the rats were fasting for 12hrs and the blood samples were taken to detect the fasting blood glucose and lipids levels. The endothelium-dependent and the endothelium-independent relaxation of the aorta were detected by wire myograph. Results: 1. DanHong could prevent the increase of the body weight, fasting blood glucose and lipids on SHR fed by high-fat diet, P<0.01 or P<0.05. 2. DanHong could improve the endothelium-dependent relaxation of the aorta artery on SHR fed by high-fat diet, P<0.05. 3.DanHong could decrease the tail blood pressure of SHR fed by high-fat diet,P<0.05. Conclusion: DanHong could improve the metabolic disorder of SHR fed by high-fat diet,ameliorate the endothelium-dependent relaxation of the aorta artery, and decrease the tail blood pressure.
