摘要:
组蛋白修饰作为表观遗传学机制之一,在染色质结构、核小体定位、基因表达调控等方面发挥着至关重要的作用。近年研究发现,乙酰化、甲基化、磷酸化、泛素化等组蛋白修饰方式对破骨细胞及成骨细胞分化过程进行调控并影响骨稳态。本文对组蛋白修饰在破骨细胞和成骨细胞分化及功能调节方面的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:
Histone modifications, as one of the epigenetic mechanisms, play a crucial role in chromatin structure, nucleosome localization, and regulation of gene expression. Recent studies have revealed that histone modifications such as acetylation, methylation, phosphorylation and ubiquitination regulate the differentiation of osteoclasts and osteoblasts and affect bone homeostasis. This article reviews the research progress of histone modifications in regulating the differentiation and function of osteoclasts and osteoblasts.
