| 目的 分析全球小肠镜领域研究现状和研究热点，为小肠镜领域相关研究提供参考依据。方法 限定发表年份为“1998-2022”、语言为“English”、文献类型为“Article”，于2022年9月25日在Web of Science（WoS）数据库中采用主题词“Enteroscopy”进行检索；采用VOSviewer 1.6.17软件和文献计量在线分析平台（https://bibliometric.com）对纳入文献的发文国家、机构、作者及关键词等进行分析，并绘制相应可视化知识图谱。结果 共有2 204篇论著纳入分析。小肠镜领域发文量前3位的国家分别是美国、日本和中国；美国梅奥诊所（69篇）、巴黎公共医疗救助机构（62篇）、法国Udice研究型大学（62篇）占研究机构发文量前3位；小肠镜领域发文量前3位的作者分别是Yamamoto（49篇）、Nakamura（42篇）和Tanaka（40篇）；Yamamoto（1 688次）、Yano（1 514次）和Tanaka（947次）为该领域高被引作者；关键词共现网络中胶囊内镜（出现625次）、小肠镜（出现555次）、双气囊小肠镜（出现516次）、诊断（出现424次）等为小肠镜领域高频词。结论 在过去20多年中，小肠镜领域的研究发展迅猛，中国在全球小肠镜领域的地位也逐步提高。胶囊内镜和小肠镜用于小肠疾病的诊治一直是小肠镜领域的研究热点。 |

| Objective To analyze the status and focus of the research in the field of enteroscopy worldwide, so as to provide reference for researchers in the field of enteroscopy. Methods The year of publication “1998-2022”, the language “English”, the literature type “Article”, and the subject word “Enteroscopy” were used for retrieval in the Web of Science (WoS). VOSviewer 1.6.17 software and bibliometric online analysis platform (https://bibliometric.com) were used to analyze the included articles by countries, publishing institutions, authors and keywords, and to draw the corresponding visual knowledge graph. Results A total of 2 204 articles were included in the analysis. The top 3 countries with the highest number of publications in the field of enteroscopy were the United States, Japan, and China. Mayo Clin (69 articles), Assistance Publique Hopitaux Paris (AP-HP) (62 articles), and Udice French Research Universities (62 articles) were the top 3 terms of research institutions. The top 3 authors with the highest number of articles in the field of enteroscopy were Yamamoto (49 articles), Nakamura (42 articles), and Tanaka (40 articles). Yamamoto (frequency=1 688), Yano (frequency=1 514), and Tanaka (frequency=947) were highly cited authors in this field. In the keyword co-occurrence network, capsule endoscopy (frequency=625), enteroscopy (frequency=555), double-balloon enteroscopy (frequency=516), and diagnosis (frequency= 424) were high-frequency words in the field of enteroscopy. Conclusion In the past 20 years, the research in the field of enteroscopy has developed rapidly, and China’s role in the field of enteroscopy has gradually improved in the world. Capsule endoscopy and enteroscopy for the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal diseases has been a research focus. |
