| 随着更有效化疗方案的出现和外科技术的进步，胰腺癌转化治疗的概念在近些年被提出用于改善初始不可切除胰腺癌患者的预后，并得到广泛关注。本文从转化治疗概念入手，结合最新研究进展和笔者经验，对胰腺癌转化治疗的患者选择与评估、转化方案选择、手术指征及手术时机等尚存争议的焦点问题进行梳理讨论，探索转化治疗在临床实践中的具体应用价值，以期为初始不可切除胰腺癌的治疗提供循证依据和建议。 |

| With more effective chemotherapy regimens and advances in surgical techniques, conversion therapy for pancreatic cancer has been proposed in recent years to improve the prognosis of patients with initially unresectable pancreatic cancer and has received widespread attention. Starting from the concept of conversion therapy, this article combines recent research progress and the authors’ experience to discuss the controversial issues in conversion therapy for pancreatic cancer, such as patient selection and evaluation, the selection of conversion regimens, surgical indications and timing of surgery, and explores the application value of conversion therapy in clinical practice, so as to provide evidence-based basis and recommendations for the treatment of patients with initially unresectable pancreatic cancer. |
