| 目的：观察左旋肉碱对慢性肾功能衰竭腹透患者红细胞免疫功能的影响。 方法：维持性腹透患者23例，随机分为治疗组(14例)和对照组(9例)。治疗组口服左旋肉碱1.0 g ，2次/d，疗程3个月;对照组口服等量生理盐水。 结果：治疗组红细胞数量和血红蛋白含量无明显变化，但红细胞C3b受体花环率、肿瘤细胞花环率均明显升高(P＜0.05)，血中氧化型低密度脂蛋白显著下降(P＜0.05)。结论：口服左旋肉碱可改善慢性肾功能衰竭腹透患者的红细胞免疫功能低下状况。 |

| Objective: To study the effects of L-carnitine on the erythrocyte immune function in peritoneal dialysis patients with chronic renal failure. Methods: Twenty-three peritoneal dialysis patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into 2 groups. Forteen patients were given L-carnitine oraly with a dosage of 2 g /d, while the 9 control patients were given normal saline . Results: The state of erythrocyte immune function including the rossette rate of C3b receptor and rossette rate of tumour cell were increased significantly (P＜0.05), and the serum oxygenize LDL decreased significantly (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Supplement of L-carnitine can improve the erythrocyte immune in peritoneal dialysis patients. |
