| 目的：探讨立体定向等中心直线加速器放射外科治疗颅内各种疾病的疗效。方法：用立体定向等中心直线加速器放射外科治疗226例颅内各种疾病。结果：134例随访1个月？3年,病变消失38例（28.4％),缩小45例（33.6％），无变化35例（26.1％），增大11例(11.9％)。结论：该技术对颅内各疾病有不同程度的疗效，特别对脑转移瘤治疗效果最为满意。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective： To explore X-knife stereotactic radiosurgery of intracranial lesions. Methods: We had treated 226 patients of intracranial lesions using X-knife radiosurgery. Results: Two hundred and twenty-six patients with intracranial lesion were followed up by neurological images between 1 month and 3 years. Intracranial lesions disappeared in 38 cases (28.4%),shrinked in 45 (33.6%), and unchanged in 35 (26.1%), grew in 11 (11.9%). Conclusion: X-knife has different treatment result for intracranial lesions, brain metastasis is good using X-knife radiosurgery. |
