目的:研究天冬的化学成分。方法:经大孔树脂、反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH20凝胶柱色谱和C18反相硅胶柱色谱等各种色谱方法分离天冬中的化学成分,通过理化性质和现代波谱技术(MS、1HNMR、13CNMR)确定所分离化合物的结构。结果:从其乙醇提取物中分离得到5个化合物,经鉴定分别为薯蓣皂苷元3OβD吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ),异菝葜皂苷元(Ⅱ),26OβD吡喃葡萄糖基呋甾3β,22,26三醇3OβD吡喃葡萄糖基(1→2)OβD吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ),26OβD吡喃葡萄糖基呋甾5烯3β,2α,26三醇3O\[αα吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)\]\[αα吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)\] βD吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ),26OβD吡喃葡萄糖基呋甾3β,26二醇22甲氧基3OαL吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)OβD吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ均为首次从天冬中得到。 |

Abstract: |
Objective:To study the chemical components in the root of Asparagus cochinchinensis (Lour.) Merr. Methods: Chemical components of Asparagus cochinchinensis root were isolated by column chromatography on macroporous resin, Silgel, Sephadex LH20, ODS, etc. and the structures of the components were identified by physiochemical and spectral analysis, such as MS, 1HNMR, and 13CNMR. Results: The following 5 components were isolated and identified: diosgenin3OβDglucopyranoside(Ⅰ), smilagenin(Ⅱ), 26OβDglucopyranosylfurost3β,22,26triol3OβDglucopyranosyl(1→2)OβDglucopyranoside(Ⅲ),26OβDglucopyranosylfurost5,20en3β,2α,26triol3O\[αα rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)\]\[ααrhamnopyranosyl(1→4)\]βDglucopyranoside(Ⅳ), and 26OβDglucopyranosylfurost3β, 26diol22methoxy3OαLrhamnopyranosy(1→4)OβDglucopyranoside (Ⅴ). Conclusion: All the 5 compounds isolated from Asparagus cochinchinensis in this study is reported for the first time. |
