胶质瘤是中枢神经系统中常见的肿瘤,肿瘤细胞和肿瘤内微血管内皮细胞在胶质瘤中的发生发展中均起着重要的作用。Nogo蛋白是一类中枢髓鞘源性抑制蛋白,是抑制中枢神经元轴突再生的抑制因子。本文就其与胶质瘤细胞及胶质瘤内微血管内皮细胞的关系作一综述。 |

Abstract: |
Glioma is a common tumor of the central nervous system.Tumor cells and tumor microvascular endothelial cells play a very important role in the development and progression of gliomas.Nogo protein is a kind of inhibitory protein in myelin sheaths of the central nervous system and an inhibitor of axonal regeneration in the central nervous system.This paper reviews the relationship between glioma cells and glioma microvascular endothelial cells. |
