| Neuronal pentraxin Ⅱ(NPTX2)属于神经元五聚体蛋白家族, 但其分布广泛,不局限于神经系统。近来发现NPTX2与恶性神经胶质瘤、帕金森病、发作性睡病、药物成瘾、肺癌、胰腺癌等疾病的发生相关。本文综述了NPTX2及其在神经系统内外疾病中作用的研究进展。 |

| Neuronal pentraxin Ⅱ (NPTX2) is a member of neuronal pentraxin family, but its distribution is not limited to the nervous system. Recent studies have shown that NPTX2 is associated with a number of diseases, including malignant gliomas, Parkinson’s disease, narcolepsy, drug addiction, lung cancer, and pancreatic cancer. This article reviews the roles of NPTX2 in diseases of the nervous system and other systems. |
