目的 探讨CDX2、PTEN、Ecadherin、NM23在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测CDX2、PTEN、Ecadherin、NM23在77例胃癌组织和30例正常胃黏膜组织中的表达,并分析它们与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。结果 CDX2、PTEN、Ecadherin、NM23在正常胃黏膜组织和胃癌组织中的阳性表达率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);CDX2、PTEN、Ecadherin、NM23的表达与胃癌的组织学类型、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关。CDX2、PTEN、Ecadherin、NM23阳性表达者的术后1、3、5年生存率明显高于阴性表达者(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 CDX2、PTEN、Ecadherin、NM23表达与胃癌发生发展、组织学类型、分化程度、浸润及转移能力相关。检测胃癌组织中CDX2、PTEN、Ecadherin、NM23的表达有助于判断胃癌的预后。 |

Objective To investigate the expression of CDX2,PTEN,Ecadherin and NM23 in gastric cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect expression of CDX2,PTEN,Ecadherin and NM23 in 77 gastric cancer specimens and 30 normal stomach mucosal tissues,and then the relationship of the expression with clinical pathology parameters was analyzed. Results The positive rates of CDX2,PTEN,Ecadherin and NM23 were significantly higher in gastric cancer tissues than those in the normal gastric tissues (P<0.05). The expression of CDX2,PTEN,Ecadherin and NM23 was correlated with the differentiation,histological type,infiltration,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage of the tumors (P<0.05),but not with patients’ gender, age or tumor size(P>0.05). The 1,3 and 5year survival rates of CDX2,PTEN,Ecadherin and NM23 positive patients were higher than those of negative patients(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion The expression of CDX2,PTEN,Ecadherin,NM23 in gastric cancer is related to the differentiation,infiltration,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage of gastric cancer, and detecting their expression in gastric cancer may help to judge the prognosis of gastric cancer. |
